How many staff do you have?

We are a small team of 6 full time staff and 2 part time staff

Where are you located?

Our head office is at 50 Parramatta Road, Stanmore, Sydney, NSW Australia.

We have a second office and two full time team members in Lisbon, Portugal.

Are you open to the public?

Our Sydney office can be visited Monday to Wednesday between 8:30am and 4:00pm. Just give us a call should you wish to visit as we are generally not open to the public, but you can certainly visit us if we are provided a call in advance. 

What are your business hours?

We are open Monday to Thursday 8:30am to 4:00pm

Friday we get an early mark and operate from 8:30am to 3:00pm

What are the Shipping Costs

  • Within Australia: standard rates (calculated at checkout or a fixed fee)
  • International: Flat rate of AUD $24.95
  • FREE SHIPPING on all orders over AUD $120, Domestic and International
