At Kris Bee Bacon, we want every customer to be happy with their purchase. This Refund Policy outlines when and how refunds are issued.
When Refunds Apply
Refunds are available in the following situations:
- Your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described
- Your order is cancelled before it has been dispatched
- Your return is approved in accordance with our Returns & Exchanges policy
Refunds are not available for:
- Sale items
- Underwear and jocks (for hygiene reasons)
- Custom artwork items, unless there is a manufacturing fault
- Change of mind after an order has been dispatched
How Refunds Are Processed
Once your refund is approved, it will be returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
You will receive an email notification confirming your refund has been processed, including the refund amount.
Important: If you receive a refund notification for shipping costs only, this means a partial refund has been issued for your shipping fee — not for the items in your order. Your products have not been refunded unless separately confirmed.
Refund Amounts
- A flat AUD $10 fee will be deducted from all approved refunds to cover shipping and handling, unless the item is faulty or an error was made on our part.
- Return shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
- If you received free shipping on your original order and are returning items, the standard shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.
120% Store Credit Option
Instead of a refund, you may choose to receive 120% store credit — giving you an extra 20% to spend on your next order. (Subject to change at KBB's discretion.)
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us at honey@krisbeebacon.combefore returning the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

- Your order number
- A photo of the item and the issue
- A brief description of the problem
International Customers
International refunds are processed to the original payment method in AUD. Currency exchange rates and international transaction fees are outside our control and may affect the final amount received.
