Shop with confidence! If your order isn't quite right, enjoy hassle-free returns within 30 days and choose an exchange, refund, or a sizzling 120% store credit.
Here's the buzz:
Direct ExchangesIf stock is available, we're happy to swap your item for a different size, colour, or style.
Sale ItemsUnfortunately, sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
ConditionItems must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
UnderwearFor hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on underwear and jocks, even if unworn. Please choose carefully.
ArtworkAs artwork is custom made for each purchase, unless there is a fault, these items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
We aim to process returns within 10 business days of receiving your items. Once your return has been processed, we'll notify you via email. Please keep in mind this timeframe may vary during busy periods (we're only human bees after all!).
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please email us at honey@krisbeebacon.com before starting the return process. We'll sort it out as soon as possible.
Fees and Extras
All accepted returns will receive a REFUND or 120% STORE CREDIT — because we love sweetening the deal! (The extra 20% is subject to change at KBB's discretion.)
A flat AUD $10 fee will be deducted from your refund, credit, or exchange to cover shipping and handling.
International Returns
Love has no borders, but sometimes returns do! If you're outside of Australia, you can lodge your return through our International Returns Request.
- Refunds only: International returns are currently eligible for a full refund only. Store credit is not yet available for international customers.
- Processing fees: A returns fee will be applied to cover the shipping label and processing costs.
European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
- Items must be unused, with tags, in original packaging
- Proof of purchase must be included
- Return shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty
