Cancellations, Returns and Exchanges
Each Build a Jock is made to your selected specifications. We do not accept cancellations, returns, exchanges or refunds for change of mind, including where you select the wrong size, colour, pouch or strap option.

This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If your item is faulty, does not match your confirmed order or otherwise fails to meet a consumer guarantee, please contact us so we can arrange the appropriate remedy, which may include repair, replacement or refund.
